Bite into a combination of a warm cookie and a cinnamon roll fresh out the oven with this Cinnamon Apple Snickerdoodle Proats recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 Packets of Quaker Apples & Cinnamons

  • 1 cup (240mL) of Almond Milk

  • 1 Scoop (31g) of PEScience Snickerdoodle Select Protein

  • 1 Medium Apple (Diced)

  • Cinnamon

  • (Optional) 1 serving (6.5g) of Optimum Nutrition Fitness Fiber

  • (Optional) 1 scoop (5g) of Creatine Monohydrate

 

Directions

  1. Grab a large bowl and pour two packets of Quaker Apples & Cinnamons.

  2. Pour 1 cup (240mL) of Almond Milk into the bowl and stir.

  3. Microwave for 2 minutes.

  4. Stir evenly and microwave for 1 minute.

  5. Add 1 scoop (31g) of Snickerdoodle Select Protein to the bowl and stir evenly.

  6. (Optional) Add 1 scoop (6.5g) of Fitness Fiber and 1 scoop (5g) of Creatine Monohydrate. Stir evenly.

  7. Dice 1 Medium Apple. Add it to the bowl and stir evenly.

  8. Microwave for 30 seconds.

  9. Add additional cinnamon.

  10. Enjoy!
