This savory waffle has a Kodiak Cake shell that's filled with cheesy cheddar cheese, lean diced ham, and scrambled eggs!
Top it off with some sweet maple syrup, a little bit of parmesan cheese and you got yourself a protein breakfast super combo!

0.5 cup (53g) of Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Flapjack & Waffle Mix*
3 slices (84g) of Kirkland 98% Extra Lean Ham
0.5 cup of Silk Protein Nutmilk Almond Cashew
0.2 cup (30g) Low Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
6 tbsp (92g) of Liquid Egg Whites
1 tsp of Parsley Leaves
1 tsp of Garlic Powder
1 tsp of Pepper
Coconut Oil Non-Stick Spray
2 Stovetop Pans
1 large Bowl
1 small Bowl
Preheat 2 stovetop pans with low heat.
Use a cutting board to dice up 3 slices (84g) of Ham.
Spray the first pan with non-stick coconut oil spray and add the diced ham into the pan.
Grab a large bowl and add in 0.5 cup of Kodiak Cake Waffle Mix. Measure 0.5 cup of Silk Protein and mix in with the Waffle Mix until smooth.
Grab a small bowl and mix in 1 whole egg and 6 tbsp (92g) of egg whites. Measure 1 tsp of parsley, garlic powder, pepper, and mix in with the eggs.
Spray the first pan with the ham with coconut oil spray and mix the ham evenly.
Spray the second pan with coconut oil spray and add in the small bowl of eggs.
Plug in the Waffle Maker and preheat.
Stir eggs evenly until the eggs clump up and there's no more liquid. Cook ham until brown.
When fully cooked, turn off both pans and add the ingredients into the large bowl.
Add in 30g+ of Shredded Cheddar cheese and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Add Omelette Waffle mixture into preheated Waffle Maker and cook until brown.
Remove the waffle and cut evenly in 4's.
Top with Sugar Free Syrup and Parmesan Cheese for added flavor.
