60 milliliters of Silk Almond Milk
0.5 cup of Apple Sauce
1 tbsp. of Crunchy Peanut Butter
0.5 tbsp. of Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
1 tsp. of Vanilla

Small Cast Iron Skillet or Small Baking Pan
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Grab a large bowl and mix the dry ingredients together.
Kodiak Brownie Mix (35g), Protein Powder (1 serving), Cacao Powder (0.5 oz), PB Fit (12g), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Cinnamon (1 tsp), and Nutmeg (1 tsp).
Grab a small bowl and mix the wet ingredients together.
Almond Milk (60 mL), Apple Sauce (0.5 cup), Egg (1), Vanilla (1 tsp), and Peanut Butter (1 tbsp.)
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until smooth consistency.
Grab a cast iron skillet or baking pan and spray with non-stick spray.
Pour ingredients into skillet and shake the pan until even.
(Optional) Add Peanut Butter Chocolate Chips on top.
Bake for 20 min.
Check the middle of the cake with a knife to see if it was cooked evenly.
