Warrior Nick’s 4 Week Fat Loss Results

Meet Nick. He's not your average Warrior. He's a hard worker, a new dad to a lovely daughter, and a knight who battles it out at Renaissance events. Yeah, you heard that right. He's out there, clad in armor, in the center of a ring of fire, swinging his long uhm… sword, and winning a lot. But even heroes have their struggles…

Nick had been on a perpetual rollercoaster with his weight for years. He'd make some progress, drop a few pounds here and there, but then hit a wall. Like, he'd see the finish line in the distance, but someone kept moving it farther away. Frustrating, right?

That’s where my mentorship as a Wizard comes in. When we started working together, I knew we had to keep it simple. Nick already had all the tools to be successful. He’s strong, he’s intelligent, has a military background, and works hard. All he needed was a second eye and a structured plan. None of those fancy, complicated programs. No bs. Nope. We went back to basics.

Foundation is Key

In the weight room, we stuck to the classics: bench press, deadlift, squat—you know, the moves that build muscle and burn fat like nobody's business. Instead of being a cardio bunny, Nick became a mover of earth. Oh, and we threw in some loaded carries for good measure. Because who doesn't love walking around with heavy shit?

Food for Fuel

Then came the diet. We didn't do any of that "no-carb" nonsense. Nick needed fuel to slay other knights (or, you know, deal with his daughter's midnight cries). So, we kept his protein high, played around with carbs and fats strategically, and most importantly, we tracked his food religiously. None of those sneaky snacks slipping under the radar. He also got to drink beer every week. What knight doesn’t have ale?!

Step It Up

But wait, there's more. Nick got himself a fancy smartwatch. Not just for checking the time, mind you. He used it to track his steps and set a goal: 11,000 steps a day. So many steps that New Kids on the Block got jealous. I’m not old. I’m experienced. Yeah, that's a lot of walking. Which led to him losing 1-2 pounds every single week.

Sleep Like a Baby

Last but definitely not least, we tackled sleep. Sleep is something Nick has been struggling with all his life. But with made it emphasis to really value sleep as a weight loss tool. Because let's face it, you can't sustain fat loss if you're not sleeping. We worked on getting Nick to be more consistent with his shut-eye. He did that by getting his body into a deep state of relaxation before bed every night.

Results Speak Louder Than Swords

And you know what? It worked. Like, really worked. Nick didn't just break through that plateau, he smashed it to pieces. In less one month, he lost 10 pounds and inches off his waist. And get this, he did it all while juggling being a kickass father, a loving husband, and holding down a full-time job. All the weights he was lifting went up. His soreness went away. His stress levels were now manageable. I can’t wait until he starts leaving dents in knight’s armor. Impressive, right?
