How To Create Change

Throughout my journey I've been discovering what inside us inspires massive action and creates long lasting change...

Why do people want to change?

Well change is a gratifying reflection of self improvement and personal success.

We search for it, fight for it, and sacrifice for it
in hopes to better ourselves.

But what I found during my own journey and while supporting others on their journey was that setting goals or resolutions is not enough….

Creating habits that challenge us to grow daily and eliminating the habits that are preventing us from growing are what determines long term change.

So how do you know what must change in your life and what new habits must be created to change?

1. Self reflection of your current thoughts, feelings, and actions can give you the foundation of clarity that you need to develop deeper understanding of yourself.

2. Getting clear with who you are, who you want to become, what you want to accomplish, and why.

Getting clear with these things about yourself can spark a fire inside you which is called inspiration.

But you must choose to either feed that fire by taking action or choose to do nothing and let it burn out.

During the process of taking action, you will fail, you will feel like you want to give up, and it will seem as if change is impossible….

This is where most people give up.

But it’s these moments that you must continue to push forward!

Failure is part of the process of change…

Those that persevere and see failure as an opportunity to improve instead of an obstacle that will hold them back are the ones that truly change.

You must learn to love the process because no one else can do it for you.

You are the only person that has the power to make changes in your life…

You are the only one in control of your ultimate potential…

You are the only obstacle in your path to change.
