The Backstory: Goddess Class, Our Love and Learnings
The Goddess Class has always been a beloved part of the Infitnite landscape, specifically designed to celebrate the divine feminine. This class focused on the Body Sculpting training style, emphasizing lower body strength through a variety of compound exercises, as well as enhancing overall physique through strategic muscle isolation and total body mobility exercises.
While the Goddess Class was groundbreaking, it was also the only class to offer a female-only experience. This was inconsistent with the rest of our Classes, which all include both male and female variations. Additionally, the Goddess Class had unique Masteries like Glute Building, which we believe should be more universally accessible.
Why the Transition to Elf Class?
In aligning with our core principles of empowerment, inclusivity, and personal growth, the Elf Class will bring something entirely new to the table. Unlike the Goddess Class, Elves are not confined by gender—anyone can become an Elf, offering a more inclusive experience. Here’s what sets the Elf Class apart:
