What are Ascension Ranks?
Ascension Ranks add another layer of complexity and reward to your Infitnite experience. They are designed to encourage Mastery and replayability. After completing an Avatar Program, you have the chance to earn additional Ranks by replaying the same program.
How do Ascension Ranks Work?
Maximum Ascension Ranks
The number of Ascension Ranks you can earn depends on the Star Rating of the completed Avatar Program. For instance, finishing a Five-Star Avatar Program lets you earn up to 5 Ascension Ranks.
Earning Ascension Ranks
While you can earn multiple Ascension Ranks, you'll gain only one per repeated completion of an Avatar Program, regardless of its original Star Rating.
Prerequisites for Earning Ascension Ranks
To earn additional Ascension Ranks, the Avatar Program you choose must have a Star Rating equal to or greater than the number of Ascension Ranks you've previously earned.
Limitations
You won't earn an additional Ascension Rank if you complete an Avatar Program with a Star Rating lower than your current Ascension Rank.
